“Super Star” is how you’d describe this spectacular filly’s pedigree. Love is Blue JV, aka “Lovely,” is by Verdict J+ (Versace x Alishahmaal), a stallion Larry Jerome bred as an outcross for his Khadraj NA+++/ and Puccini J daughters. Violet continued his vision with this cross.

However, it is Lovely’s female line that is famous for good reason. Lovely hails from the wildly successful line of “Blue” horses… half-Arabians (that hold as much or more type as most purebreds). Her dam is Song Sung Blue J, a daughter of Khadraj NA+++/ and Blue Moon J+/.  Her maternal grand dam, Ultra Violet Blue, produced:
